Our professional design team carefully transforms your real photo into a personalized artwork that reflects your chosen style. Every detail is refined to create something unique, expressive, and true to you.

2. What kind of photo do I need to provide?

Please upload a clear, high-quality photo with the face fully visible and well-lit. Depending on the concept you choose, different face angles may be required, such as front-facing, slightly turned, or a specific perspective. Detailed guidelines will be provided on the product page when placing your order.

3. What kind of products do you offer?

We offer digital artworks (delivered as high-res files via email).

4. How does the process work?

5. I’ve encountered an error during ordering/purchasing/uploading photos. Can you help?

Of course, we’re here to clear the way. Jot down any error codes or take a screenshot and send it over to us. With that info, we can pinpoint the issue and get you moving forward.

6. How do I know my photos have been successfully submitted?

You’ll receive a confirmation email upon successful order.
This email is your assurance that we have received your order and they are in queue for editing. If you don’t receive this confirmation, or if you encounter any issues during the submission process, our customer support team is available to assist you and ensure that your photos are properly accounted for.

7. Will my photo work for customization?

Each concept requires specific types of photos to ensure the best results. Some styles may need a close-up of the face, while others work best with a side profile or full-body image.

We recommend uploading clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting and minimal obstruction (no heavy filters or shadows).

Don’t worry - if you're unsure whether your photo works for a chosen concept, feel free to contact us before ordering, and our team will guide you on the best image to use.

8. Who owns the rights to the final artwork?

You own your photo!
At Youversal Studio, we use your image solely to create the customized artwork you requested. We do not use, sell, or share your image or final artwork for any purpose without your explicit consent.
If we would like to showcase your final artwork (with or without personal identifiers) for marketing, website display, or social media, we will contact you to ask for permission first.
You’re always welcome to tag us or share your artwork on your own channels - we love seeing your stories brought to life!

9. Can I choose not to have my photos/videos stored?

Sure, it's your choice. If you'd rather we not store your photos/videos after we're done, just let us know. We'll be happy to accommodate your preference.

10. Can I have my digital artwork sent to a different email as a gift?

Absolutely! When placing your order, simply add the recipient’s email address in the Order Note section. We’ll send the final digital file and secure download link directly to that email.
