At Youversal Studio, every digital file is custom-made and personalized for you. Since digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, we do not accept general refunds or exchanges.
That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
Eligible for Refunds or Replacements
We will issue a refund or provide a corrected file if:
- The file you received does not match your order confirmation
- There is a technical issue on our side that makes the file incomplete, corrupted, or unusable
- A personalization error was made by us (e.g., wrong name or design, despite you providing the correct details)
How to Request Support
- Contact us at support@youversalstudio.com within 30 days of file delivery.
- Include your order number and a screenshot or description of the issue (e.g., corrupted file, wrong design).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled name, wrong style selected)
- Files delivered as described, with only minor color variations due to display differences
- Change of mind or no longer needing the product after delivery
